Queer Support Group

The Queer Support Group is gender diverse support group to meet like mined people, create connections and offer and receive support. Facilitated by Peter Rolfe for the Mental Health Foundation Australia.


This support groups promotes inclusion and acceptance in the LGBTIQA+ community. Creating a safe space for the Queer Support Group, allies, and prospective support group participants.

Carers are invited to contact the administrator to discuss possible attendance. Each MHFA Support Group is free.


The Queer Group will be on hold until further notice.

Peter is passionate about mental health recovery and assisting others to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. They graduated in an Introduction to the NDIS, Certificate IV in Community Services and Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs. They are currently studying a Diploma of Community Services at RMIT. They are interested in the community services, mental health and alcohol and other drugs sectors. They facilitates hearing voices groups, Peter is a mental health volunteer and a Peer Support Worker.
